NHS Nursing recruitment CRM
I wrote this nursing recruitment CRM program consisting of around 60 emails. Audiences included school-leavers, students considering UCAS Extra or switching from a course they'd started. There was also a sub-set of older people thinking about career change, and former NHS staff who'd left or retired early.
Content was kept light and recipients were directed to the NHS careers site which was packed with detail. Each step optimised the next and included trigger and reminder emails for non-responders. Below are some of the emails for career switchers.
The campaign lead to a record jump in nursing applications.
I also wrote all launch content for the new Allied Health Professional website, and worked with the NHS senior Comms team on their 'People Plan'. This was an important cultural document reminding staff that the NHS is a supportive, inclusive employer.
